Meet Our Leader
Karman Yuen,
Chief Executive Officer
Karman Yuen is a seasoned manpower specialist with extensive experience in healthcare workforce planning and development. Over the past 15 years at MOH Holdings, he has played a pivotal role in addressing Singapore’s healthcare manpower needs, spearheading key initiatives such as the Asian Nursing Scholarship, the International Nurse Onboarding Program in the Philippines, and the Career Conversion Programme. His contributions have been instrumental in recruiting over 2,000 international nurses in 2023, earning his team the prestigious PS (Health) Award.

Beyond healthcare, Karman’s career spans leadership roles in HR, training, and academia. He was part of the planning committee for a 1,000-bed acute hospital and Singapore’s first MOH-operated nursing home. Earlier in his career, he led recruitment efforts for JW Marriott’s first venture in Asia and played a key role in retail workforce training through the Singapore Institute of Retail Studies.
Holding an MBA from Middlesex University, Karman brings a strategic and people-centric approach to talent development. Passionate about improving global healthcare standards, he continues to leverage his expertise to shape the future of healthcare manpower.
At the heart of his leadership is a commitment to expanding global opportunities, building strong partnerships, and creating impactful career pathways for healthcare professionals. Renato T. De Guzman,
Co-founder
Renato T. De Guzman is a highly respected leader in Southeast Asia’s finance sector, best known for his role as the CEO of Bank of Singapore. From 2010 to 2015, he transformed the bank into one of the world’s largest private banks, growing its assets under management from $22 billion to over $51 billion. Prior to this, he led ING Asia Private Bank, steering its acquisition by OCBC Bank and its rebranding into Bank of Singapore. His leadership earned him multiple industry accolades, including Private Banker of the Year by Asian Private Banker and the Outstanding Private Banker Award for Asia Pacific.

Currently, Mr. De Guzman serves on the boards of major financial institutions, including Maybank Singapore, Maybank Philippines and JG Summit Holdings, one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines. He is also the Chairman of Nueva Ecija Good Samaritan Health System and Good Samaritan Colleges, reflecting his commitment to healthcare and education.
Recognized for his contributions to private banking, he was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by WealthBriefing Asia. He holds a Management Engineering degree from Ateneo de Manila University, an MBA with Distinction from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, and a Master in Management from McGill University.
Driven by his passion for ethical business practices and social impact, Mr. De Guzman founded i4 Talents, a recruitment agency focused on helping Filipino nurses secure overseas employment. Seeing the challenges fresh graduates face, including financial burdens and scams, he set out to create a trusted platform that ensures a smooth, transparent hiring process. His motivation also stems from a desire to provide meaningful job opportunities for graduates from his alma mater in Nueva Ecija.
